Inhabit IQ SharePoint and Teams Communication
InhabitIQ has been working hard in order to provide you with an easy to use, central location for collaboration, communications, and document storage. We realize that since you’ve joined our family, there hasn’t been a central spot for file storage, sharing, and collaboration.
We are happy to announce that in the coming weeks, we will be providing training for administrators and end-users of our recently developed SharePoint sites. Included in this plan are Brand specific Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Sites. While we are still working through some workflows, we are positive that you are going to appreciate the efforts that we’ve put forth since the beginning of 2020.
The backbone of our collaboration efforts will be our InhabitIQ SharePoint sites, which will include departmental site called “Verticals”. These sites will be a central location for the following departments: Customer Service; Development & Product Management; Finance; Human Resources; Information Technology; Marketing; Operations; SaaS; Sales; and Security. These sites will provide folders for each brand’s documents that relate to those specific departments and corporate documents and templates. Each Brand will also have a single Microsoft Teams group to allow communications and collaboration within the Brand, while allowing Brands to control their own use. An accompanying SharePoint site will allow Brands to host a company page for their employees to reference for updates, content, and communications. There will also be a Team used for Collaboration between all brands and including external guests and vendors.

Protection – We see the need to protect intellectual property and confidential items for the company. Moving all data to SharePoint and utilizing our built in identity management helps secure data, limit access, and greatly improves control.
Integrations – The need to have a centralized standard place for bringing new brands onboard, quickly gaining control of IP and other vital information.
